How much is shipping?

We charge $1.50 on any domestic order under $5, $8.00 on all domestic orders between $5.01 and $99.99, and any domestic order over $100 will receive free shipping! 

Do you ship internationally?

We do ship internationally!

*Mexico and Canada:

  • Orders up to $50—Ship for $30 flat

  • Orders from $50-$99.99—Ship for $35 flat

  • Orders $100 or more—Ship for $40 flat 

*All other international countries:

  • Orders up to $100—Ship for $35 flat

  • Orders from $100- $199.99—Ship for $45 flat

  • Orders $200 or more—Ship for $50 flat

When can I expect my package?

Purchases with standard shipping will be shipped out between 3-5 days. Priority shipping will be shipped out between 1-3 days.

(If shipment is delayed for unforeseen reasons, you will be notified via email shortly after order is received.)

Can I purchase a machine online?

We cannot sell or list our machine price online. If you are interested, please feel free to give us a call at (405) 853-6801 or visit us in-store!  

Is my credit card information safe on your site?

Yes. As an online company committed to protecting our customers’ privacy, Prairie Quilt rigorously follows the PCI (Payment Card Industry) standards for compliance. The requirements put in place by PCI are continually updated for your safety. Of course, if you are more comfortable shopping over the phone or in-store, that is always an option.

What is a promo code and where do I get one?

The promotion code is only needed when ordering from a sale advertisement. If there is a time that you will need to use a promotional code to receive a special price, we will inform you through the advertisement or email. 

How do returns work?

Our return policy is to make you the customer as happy as we possibly can. That being said, patterns, books and other copyrighted material cannot be returned. Notions and other packaged items can be returned within 30 days with a receipt.   Fabric can only be returned if there has been an error on our part, or if there is an issue with the quality of material itself.
